Found a few fruitbodies of St Georges Mushroom Calocybe gambosa growing in the grass and moss beneath the cherry tree in our front garden this afternoon - the first mushroom species I've recorded in the garden. This species is edible and one of the earliest white mushrooms to fruit in the year.
